I really like your website a lot; there's a lot you've done here that I *so* want to look at so much more– and will, it's only, when websurfing (and this may be the ADHD- or maybe not, as it's an aspect of myself I understand much less now than I'd like) I can't help but flit about and process any given website in split moments.
I'm gonna really try to spend some time thinking about "You cannot make sleep your [censored] you cannot slap it and tell it to do its thing and leave," because I find that really insightful. For a lot of my life, sleep has been so frustrating for me because I just was *not* able to fall asleep and because it was unpleasant I put off even trying to. I find for me that the thoughts I enter sleep with in some sense largely shape the vibe of dreams for me, and even carry over into when I wake up, and recently I've been coming more to terms with sleep as not just like an obligatory thing I need to do as a human, but, as you said, a part of life/living.
Anyways, really cool website ^^

wqwie wowie ty! i understand flitting around, there are websites I love that I still have not visited every page of. singular mysteries are hard to get to when so many abound.
i really appreciate hearing that abt my writing on sleep. did not have any clue how people would take it, so hearing someone ((you)) genuinely relate to it in your own life is shocking and touching. fortunate enough to have not suffered with insomnia ever, i do relate to seeing it as a part of life though. the area your mind enters while asleep, while even nearing sleep, its so distorted and warped and follows none of the rules I am used to following while awake. there is something important about the fact that it is so difficult to remember once awake.
wishing you good sleep, thank you so much for commenting ily
